Mutations in teneurin-3

Teneurin-3 is involved in neural development by regulating the establishment of proper connectivity within the nervous system. In this project, we will assess the impact of point mutations on conformation of and interactions within Ten3 homodimer, using all-atom molecular dynamics simulations.
